Practice Writing (essay)

Nowadays, organizations in our community plays a big role in nurturing and enhancing the knowledge of students. We cannot deny the fact that they offer intensive training and experience, thus making the students more prepared and adept in the real world as they graduate from their respective universities. Practical experience are very much needed in times like these to have the edge especially when applying for work. Because of this, it is advantageous for students to spend short periods of time working for organizations, even if it’s for free.

Once you leave the school and face the real world, practical experience are much more needed. You would not get a job by applying theoretical approach. Companies prefer students with far more advanced ideas on how the business work in order to save money from training them. By this, students who used their free time to work for organizations benefit greatly and are very fortunate to have a hands-on experience . Indeed, they could not ask for a much more better bargain. Organizations provide the training , knowledge and experience while the students provide the work force.

The downside of this is that organizations are taking advantage of the skills of the students. It is to be noted that while students are working for free in exchange of learning, they should not be treated as a regular worker. They should not be forced to work to the point of exhaustion. After all, they are just students trying to have a taste of what it’s like to be working.

In conclusion, students working for organizations for free has more to gain than to lose. TAPOS!
